Carolina Classic units are built & tested to support up to 250lbs. Should there be an occupant of excessive weight, we recomend that the unit be installed on a bedding material of cement or casting plaster.

3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Carolina Classic warrants to the purchaser a 3 year warranty from date of installation against defects in material & workmanship only. Upon receipt of a written claim under this warranty, providing evidence of date of purchase or date of installation, Carolina Classic may elect, in it's sole discretion (i) to repair such item, (ii) to replace the item with a Carolina Classic product of similar type and size, provided however, that Carolina Classic will not pay the labor costs involved in either removing any such item which is installed or installing the replacement item or (iii) if repair or replacement of the item is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, to refund to the customer the wholesale price of the item received by Carolina Classic.
